目的:建立测试安神补脑液中砷和铅含量的原子吸收方法,并进行方法学验证,确保测试方法结果准确、可靠。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度计测定,检测波长193.7nm;狭缝0.5nm;灯电流2mA。结果:本法测定砷的线性范围为2~20ng/ml,线性良好,相关系数为0.9991(n=5),精密度和重现性良好,回收率在91.92%~98.51%,RSD为2.9%;铅的线性范围为1~10ng/ml,相关系数为0.9992(n=5),精密度和重现性良好,回收率在98.39.92%~103.59%,RSD为2.1%。结论:本方法操作简单、快速,测定效率高,精密度和重现性良好,灵敏度高,测定结果准确、可靠,适用于安神补脑液中砷和铅的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an atomic absorption spectrometry method for the determination of arsenic and lead in Anshen Bunao fluid and validate it by methodological method to ensure that the test results are accurate and reliable. Methods: The atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used to detect the wavelength of 193.7nm; slit 0.5nm; lamp current 2mA. Results: The linear range of arsenic determination was 2 ~ 20ng / ml. The correlation coefficient was 0.9991 (n = 5), the precision and reproducibility were good. The recoveries ranged from 91.92% to 98.51% with RSD of 2.9% The linearity range of Pb was 1 ~ 10ng / ml, the correlation coefficient was 0.9992 (n = 5), the precision and reproducibility were good. The recoveries ranged from 98.39.92% to 103.59% with RSD of 2.1%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, high efficiency, good precision and reproducibility, high sensitivity, accurate and reliable. The method is suitable for the determination of arsenic and lead in Anshen Bunao fluid.
