在许多经营实践中,有人把经营仅仅理解为对人、财、物、供、产、销的业务管理,这是一种小经营观。从广义上来讲,经营即领导,主要职能是企业的总体运筹和谋划决策,出好主意,用好人,这是一种大经营观。企业家在浩瀚的经营矛盾之中,要运筹帷幄,决胜千里,不研究经营哲学是不行的。本文试图从经营观和方法论的哲学角度,选择某些基本的经营范畴,分析矛盾,谈谈断想,旨在求教大方。
In many business practices, some people understand the business as merely managing the business of people, finances, goods, supplies, production, and sales. This is a small business perspective. In a broad sense, management is leadership, and the main function is the overall operation and planning of enterprises, good ideas, and good people. This is a big business concept. Entrepreneurs must strive for success in a vast array of business conflicts. It is impossible for them not to study business philosophy. This article attempts to choose some basic business areas from the perspective of business philosophy and methodological philosophy, analyze contradictions, talk about reckless thoughts, and seek advice and generousness.
