利用TEM研究了脉冲激光法(PLD)制备的外延生长 La0.7Ca0.3MnO3薄膜的显微结构,结果表明,在近衬底处薄膜具有单一取向,随薄膜厚度增加,出现大量的微畴结构.此外,结合电子衍射与高分辨像(HREM)观察确定了薄膜的结构不同于体材料的正交结构,而是具有单斜结构。
The microstructure of the as-grown La0.7Ca0.3MnO3 thin films prepared by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) was investigated by TEM. The results show that the films have a single orientation near the substrate and a large number of microdomains appear as the thickness of the films increases. In addition, the combination of electron diffraction and high resolution image (HREM) observation confirmed that the structure of the film is different from the orthogonal structure of the bulk material, but has a monoclinic structure.
