目的 探究腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗阑尾炎的临床疗效.方法 于我院院内选取2018年1月至2019年1月所收治的120例阑尾炎患者进行治疗观察,将患者按照不同的治疗方式分为两组,分为对照组与观察组,每组60例,对照组的患者采用传统开腹阑尾切除手术,观察组患者则采用腹腔镜阑尾切除手术,观察两组患者的手术各项指标情况以及术后并发症的发生情况.结果 观察组患者的整体手术指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05).两组患者数据对比具有统计学意义.结论 通过腹腔
