六偏磷酸钠(简称六偏)是一种重要的缓蚀阻垢药剂,广泛应用于工业水处理中。我国引进的十三套大化肥装置循环冷却水处理配方中,大都包含六偏这种主要缓蚀剂。六偏的应用日益广泛。但目前对六偏性能的研究甚感欠缺。在我们选择循环冷却水处理配方实验中曾发现两种含量相近的工业六偏,其缓蚀性能有明显差异。由此,我们怀疑不同厂生产的六偏其链长(系指平均链长)存在差界,从而导致性能的不同。为了弄清各种六偏链长的长短,并进而比较各厂产品的性能,寻求适合我厂水质的六偏,我们对部分六偏产品做了链长的测定,同时用旋转挂片法初步探索了六偏链长与其缓蚀率的关系。
