目的探讨高血压病患者血尿酸(BUA)水平与胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系。方法 124例高血压病患者及86例健康老年对照者测量血压、空腹血糖(FNS)、空腹胰岛素(INS)、BUA、和血胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高、低密度脂蛋白(HDL、LDL),计算体重指数(BMI)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果高尿酸组(HUA)BMI、BUA、TG、TC、LDL、HOMA-IR较非高尿酸组(非HUA)和对照组高,而HDL较对照组低,有统计学意义,P<0.05。非HUA组BMI、BUA、TG、TC、LDL、HOMA-IR较对照组高,HDL也降低,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论高血压病患者伴高尿酸血症时存在更严重的糖脂代谢紊乱,高尿酸与胰岛素抵抗密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid (BUA) and insulin resistance (IR) in patients with essential hypertension. Methods Blood pressure, fasting blood glucose (FNS), fasting insulin (INS), BUA, TC, TG, high and low density lipids were measured in 124 patients with essential hypertension and 86 healthy controls. Protein (HDL, LDL), calculated body mass index (BMI), insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR). Results The levels of BMI, BUA, TG, TC, LDL and HOMA-IR in hyperuricemia group were significantly higher than those in non-hyperuricemia group and non-HUA group, while HDL was lower than that in control group (P <0.05). The levels of BMI, BUA, TG, TC, LDL and HOMA-IR in non-HUA group were higher than those in control group, and HDL was also decreased, with statistical significance, P <0.05. Conclusion There is more serious disturbance of glucose and lipid metabolism in hypertensive patients with hyperuricemia. Hyperuricemia is closely related to insulin resistance.
