中学生是祖国的未来和希望,是社会主义现代化建设事业的接班人,中学生思想道德状况的好坏,素质的高低将直接决定国家的存亡、民族的兴衰。因此,如何加强和改善中学生的思想品德教育是我们德育工作者应当高度重视的核心问题。那么做为德育教育工作者的我们,应该怎样来加强学生的德育教育呢?本文就我工作中遇到的具体问题谈谈自己的一些看法。
Middle school students are the future and hope of the motherland, successors to the cause of socialist modernization. The quality of high school students’ ideological and moral conditions will directly determine the survival of the country and the rise and fall of the nation. Therefore, how to strengthen and improve the ideological and moral education of middle school students is a key issue that our moral educators should attach great importance to. So how do we, as moral educators, strengthen our students’ moral education? This article discusses some of our own views on the specific problems encountered in our work.
