合成了一种新型的稀土化合物—马来酰胺酸镧,并作为PVC热稳定剂。首先经单因素实验考察氢氧化钠浓度、氯化稀土浓度、pH值和反应时间对合成马来酰胺酸稀土的影响进行分析,再通过正交试验确定了最佳合成工艺条件,并利用熔点测定对稀土热稳定剂进行表征。通过单因素和正交试验数据分析得出合成马来酰胺酸稀土的最佳工艺条件:氢氧化钠浓度0.3 mol·L-1,氯化稀土浓度0.4mol·L-1,pH值为7和反应时间为20 min。最后利用熔点测定对稀土热稳定剂进行表征得马来酰胺酸稀土热稳定剂的熔点为182℃。
A new rare earth compound, lanthanum maleate, was synthesized and used as PVC heat stabilizer.
