食品行业的创新始终是进行时,但所谓的世界性创新始终没有出现过,这大概是食品行业的特点。全球各主要地区的食品趋势基本可以归纳为:南北美洲都是推崇感官的多样化;而在亚洲这个趋势更为明显,接近一半的创新都围绕寻求感官的多样化体验。在欧洲,即食是发展方向,而在中东和北非地区,也越来越西化,食品追求享受、健康和方便的功能。
Innovation in the food industry has always been ongoing, but the so-called worldwide innovation has never happened, which is probably the characteristics of the food industry. The trend of food in all major regions of the world can be summed up as follows: South and North America both respected the diversity of the senses; while in Asia, the trend is even more obvious. Nearly half of the innovations focus on seeking a diversified experience of the senses. In Europe, instant noodles are the direction of development, while in the Middle East and North Africa regions, they are also becoming more and more Western, with the pursuit of enjoyment, health and convenience of food.
