选用VIDAS图象分析系统对口腔颊部粘膜在正常、炎症、纤维增生、白斑及癌旁上皮不同状态下的组织形态结构进行了观察,通过对上皮(包括角化层)厚度、长度及细胞数量的变化进行测量观察显示,基底层细胞受不同病变因素的刺激使细胞数量多于正常粘膜上皮,棘层细胞数量的变化与基底层呈正相关。此外发现上皮表面与基底层长度的比值可以反映上皮钉突的形态结构的改变,其中以白斑和癌旁上皮的上皮钉突变化最明显。
VIDAS image analysis system was used to observe the morphological structure of oral cheek mucosa in normal, inflammation, fibroplasia, leukoplakia, and paraneoplastic epithelium under different conditions, through the thickness, length and cell number of epithelium (including keratinized layer). The changes observed by measurements showed that the basal cells were stimulated by different disease factors to make the number of cells more than the normal mucosal epithelium, and the change in the number of acantholytic cells was positively correlated with the basal layer. In addition, it was found that the ratio of the epithelial surface to the basal layer length could reflect the changes in the morphological structure of epithelial nails, among which epithelial nails with leukoplakia and paraneoplastic epithelium were most mutated.
