随着教育事业地不断发展,小学教育正在向素质教育和情感教育的阶段不断迈进,对教师的评价体系也从以前的成绩评价变为了多元化的评价,并且教育研究者正在建立一个完善的教师职业素养规划和促进结构,从而使得一线教师能够更好地对学生进行教育,在传输给学生知识的同时也潜移默化地培育着学生健全的人格。从情感素质研究出发,探讨小学班主任在教学实践当中应该具备的优良素质。情感素质在班主任的教学工作当中是根据教师在教学工作中地各种琐碎的事情表现出来的,它渗透于教育教学的全过程,对班主任有着较高的要求。
