当前,久丰热电运用先进技术与项目,积极开展科技创新,优化节能减排实施方案,实现了节能减排与企业效益的齐头并进,走出了一条和谐发展的“双赢”之路。开展科技创新节能,进一步降低生产能耗。一是运用先进技术,实施背压机改造:运用合同能源管理方式对#2机组进行了改造,采用引进的西门子积木块系列工业汽轮机技术设计、制造,用轴流式、单缸结构形式;汽轮机的通流部分采用反动式、整锻转子结构。改造后#2机组可靠性明显提高,年运行小时比上年增加近2000小时,机组出力恢复至铭牌出力,年发电量增加近3000万千瓦时。
