目的对某院2009年-2014年的医院运行质量指标进行综合评价,旨在为医院管理和决策提供科学依据。方法运用功效系数法和Topsis法对2009年-2014年医院运行质量指标进行综合评价和分析。结果评价结果与医院实际相符,2009年-2014年运行质量逐年上升,2014年最好,2009年最差。结论采用功效系数法和Topsis法对医院运行质量进行综合评价,不仅能给出被评价对象的综合优劣水平,还能找出水平优劣的原因,是一个可以满足医院统计工作实践的统计方法,值得推广和应用。
Objective To evaluate the hospital operation quality indicators of a hospital from 2009 to 2014 in order to provide a scientific basis for hospital management and decision-making. Methods The efficacy coefficient method and Topsis method were used to evaluate and analyze the hospital operation quality indicators from 2009 to 2014. Results The evaluation results were in line with those of the hospital. From 2009 to 2014, the quality of operation increased year by year, the best in 2014 and the worst in 2009. Conclusions The comprehensive evaluation of the hospital operation quality using the efficacy coefficient method and the Topsis method can not only give the overall advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation object, but also find out the reasons of the superiority and inferiority of the hospital. It is a statistical method that can meet the requirements of hospital statistical work , Worth promoting and application.
