九十年代是我国现代化建设的关键时期,加速科技进步是实现第二步、第三步战略目标的根本保障。民营科技这一多种经济成份并存的新型科技型企业的发展,充实和壮大了我国科技产业。我省民营科技的健康发展,成为全省科技体制、经济体制改革的一项成功实践。当前,我省民营科技应重点抓好以下工作。(一)要进一步解决好发展民营科技型企业在我省经济发展中地位和作用的认识。从我省民营科技型企业的发展情况来看,确实是不错的。但是把我省民营科技型企业的主要经济数据摆在全省的大环境下看的话,我感到在全省经济中所占的份额和我省经济发展
The 1990s was a critical period for China’s modernization drive. Accelerating scientific and technological progress was the fundamental guarantee for achieving the second-step and third-step strategic goals. The development of new technology-based enterprises with the coexistence of private technology as a multi-economic component has enriched and strengthened China’s technology industry. The healthy development of private science and technology in our province has become a successful practice of the provincial science and technology system and economic system reform. At present, the private science and technology in our province should focus on the following work. (1) It is necessary to further resolve the understanding of the development of private science and technology enterprises in the economic development of our province. From the perspective of the development of private science and technology enterprises in our province, it is indeed good. However, if we look at the main economic data of our province’s private technology companies in the context of the province’s environment, I feel the share of the province’s economy and the economic development of our province.
