企业景气调查是经济发达国家常用的一种调查制度,它既是宏观部门据以判断形势的信息来源,又是了解微观经济动态的重要渠道。随着社会主义市场经济体系的初步建立,随着企业自主权的日渐扩大,了解企业和企业家的选择已成为宏观部门的迫切要求,宏观部门需要在充分掌握企业选择的基础上作出宏观决策。为了解企业选择,国家统计局从今年8月开始正式建立了企业景气调查制度,从全国企业中随机抽取了10000家不同行业、不同类型、不同规模的企业,具有比较强的代表性。
Business climate survey is a common survey system in economically developed countries. It is not only the source of information for the macro department to judge the situation, but also an important channel for understanding the microeconomic dynamics. With the initial establishment of the socialist market economic system and the gradual expansion of corporate autonomy, understanding the choices of enterprises and entrepreneurs has become an urgent requirement of the macro-sector, and the macro-sector needs to make macro-level decisions based on full knowledge of the company’s choices. In order to understand the choices of enterprises, the National Bureau of Statistics officially established the business climate survey system in August this year. It has randomly selected 10,000 companies from different industries, different types, and different scales and has strong representation.
