1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(简称PAN)光度测定各种金属的报导很多。Shibata研究数种金属与PAN形成有色络合物的溶剂萃取吋,指出了萃取xx色汞的可能性,但有关比色测定汞的基本条件则未详尽阐明。本文较系统地研究了萃取比色测定微量汞的基本条件。并确定了Hg-PAN络合物的组成、试剂用量以及若干干扰离子的影响及其消除。并应用于矿石中微量汞的测定,结果良好。
Spectrophotometric determination of various metals with 1- (2-pyridylazo) -2-naphthol (PAN for short) has been reported. Shibata, who studied the solvent extraction of colored complexes with several metals and PAN, pointed out the possibility of extracting xx-colored mercury, but the basic conditions for colorimetric determination of mercury are not exhaustive. This article systematically studied the basic conditions for the determination of trace mercury by colorimetric extraction. The composition of Hg-PAN complex, the amount of reagents and the effect of several interfering ions and their elimination were also determined. And applied to the determination of trace mercury in ore, the result is good.
