运用三维软件SolidWorks对高光谱相机转运车进行建模,通过SolidWorks和ANSYSWorkbench14.5软件间的无缝连接功能,将模型导入ANSYSWorkbench14.5中,得到转运车的有限元模型。考虑转运车的实际工况,通过工程分析软件ANSYSWorkbench14.5对有限元模型进行静力学分析,获得该转运车在作业过程中的等效应力应变云图和变形量情况。根据软件得到的计算结果,找出应力集中点,从而检验该转运车的结构是否合理,进一步为实验改进提供理论依据。
The 3D model software SolidWorks was used to model the hyperspectral camera transporter. The seamless connection between SolidWorks and ANSYSWorkbench14.5 software was used to import the model into ANSYS Workbench14.5 to obtain the finite element model of the transporter. Considering the actual working condition of the transfer car, the finite element model is statically analyzed through the engineering analysis software ANSYS Workbench14.5 to obtain the equivalent stress and strain cloud and the deformation of the car during operation. According to the calculation result obtained by the software, the stress concentration point is found out, so as to test whether the structure of the transfer car is reasonable and to provide a theoretical basis for further improvement of the experiment.
