为了提高铝管冲头的使用寿命,用扫描电镜等手段对其失效原因进行深入分析。结果表明冲头在高速冲击过程中温度升高导致回火软化,造成粗大碳化物剥落,剥落的碳化物夹在冲头与铝管之间形成的磨粒磨损进一步加速了冲头的失效进程。用新型冷作模具钢7 Cr7 Mo2 V2 Si 代替原 Cr12 Mo V 钢,并采用优化的淬火、回火工艺处理使冲头寿命提高至原来的4 倍,再经铁素体氮碳共渗表面强化处理,冲头寿命进一步提高至原来的8 倍
