《实业计划》是孙中山绘就的中国经济现代化的宏伟蓝图,交通现代化是其核心内容,也是孙中山研究中最具争议的内容之一。孙中山这一构想在当时社会背景下有其不现实的一面,却是国人现代化梦想的开始。孙中山是当时国内少有的从宏观层面对铁路进行总体规划的专家,并具有世界性的知识眼光和前瞻性的发展理念。他对铁路建设是有研究的,对铁路沿线、沿海各地进行过实地考察和前期论证,及不遗余力的宣传鼓动,以点燃国人心中现代化之希望焰火。民国建立后,孙中山几次来到浙江,均对浙江交通提出希望。“建设之大计,当远测于十百年后,始能立国基于永久。”支撑其宏大构想的基础理念,对以后乃至今天均有指导价值。从孙中山提出三大港计划之初至今,历史行将百年。与全国一样,孙中山关于浙江交通现代化的纸上构想一件件成为活生生现实。
“Industrial Plan” is the grand blueprint of China’s economic modernization painted by Dr. Sun Yat-sen. Traffic modernization is the core content and one of the most controversial topics in Sun Yat-sen’s research. The concept of Sun Yat-sen had its unrealistic side in the social context at the time, but it was the beginning of the dream of the modernization of the countrymen. He studied the railway construction. After the establishment of the Republic of China, Sun Yat-sen came to Zhejiang several times, all of which expressed his hope for Zhejiang Traffic. “The grand plan of construction, after a long distance of ten years or so, will be able to establish a nation based on permanence. ” The basic idea of supporting its ambitious vision has guiding value to both today and today. From the beginning of Sun Yat-sen’s proposal of the three big ports to the present, history will last 100 years. Like the whole country, Sun Yat-sen’s piece of paper conception on the modernization of Zhejiang’s transportation has become a living reality.
