目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定奥硝唑脂质体凝胶中奥硝唑的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Shim-pack CLC-TMS(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(30∶70);流速1.0mL.min-1;检测波长315nm;柱温30℃;流速1mL.min-1。结果:奥硝唑在20.4~100.2mg.L-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率99.60%,RSD1.8%。结论:该方法适用于测定奥硝唑脂质体凝胶的含量。
Objective: To determine the content of ornidazole in ornidazole liposome gel by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a Shim-pack CLC-TMS column (150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) with a mobile phase of methanol-water ; Column temperature 30 ℃; flow rate 1mL.min-1. Results: Ornidazole showed good linearity in the range of 20.4 ~ 100.2 mg.L-1 with an average recovery of 99.60% and RSD of 1.8%. Conclusion: This method is suitable for the determination of ornidazole liposome gel content.
