社会主义核心价值观是在中国大地上形成和发展起来的,主要体现在:社会主义核心价值观继承与弘扬了中国大地上延绵不断的优秀传统文化基因,凝练和内含了中国大地上共产党人带领人民进行社会主义革命与建设的宝贵经验精华,是新时期中国大地上共产党人带领人民建设中国特色社会主义之社会存在的先进社会意识,是中国大地上共产党人对未来中国宏伟蓝图的顶层设计。在全面深化改革、大力推进中国特色社会主义现代化建设的新时期,积极培育和践行“在中国大地上形成和发展起来的”社会主义核心价值观具有重大意义。
