根据大型立式搅拌磨螺旋轴的结构特点,分析了17CrNiMo6锻钢的焊接性能,采用预先堆焊螺旋过渡层,再焊接轴和螺旋叶片的制造工艺,改善焊接操作环境。通过设计焊接工装,实现螺旋叶片平焊位置焊接,有利于保证焊缝质量,同时起到控制焊接变形的作用。实践证明,采用预先堆焊过渡层的工艺和合适焊接工装制造的大型立式搅拌磨螺旋轴,焊缝探伤一次合格,螺旋叶片的变形控制在3 mm以内,满足图纸和工艺技术要求。
According to the structural characteristics of the large vertical stirring mill screw shaft, the welding performance of 17CrNiMo6 forged steel was analyzed. The manufacturing process of pre-welding helix transition layer, re-welding shaft and spiral blade was used to improve the welding operation environment. Through the design of welding tooling, the welding position of the helical blade can be ensured, which ensures the quality of the weld and at the same time plays the role of controlling the welding deformation. Practice has proved that the use of pre-welding layer and the transition layer welding process suitable for welding large vertical grinding mill shaft, weld inspection once qualified, the deformation control of the screw blade within 3 mm, to meet the drawings and technical requirements.
