目的:观察自拟元胡止痛方对大鼠血液流变学的影响,以探讨自拟元胡止痛方的活血化瘀作用,为其临床应用提供实验依据。方法:用肾上腺素建立血瘀动物模型,观察自拟元胡止痛方对大鼠血液黏度、红细胞流变性、血小板黏附性和血小板聚集性的影响。结果:自拟元胡止痛方各剂量组均可不同程度降低在10 s-1、60 s-1、120 s-1大鼠剪切率下的血液黏度(P<0.05);能显著降低大鼠红细胞聚集指数与大鼠红细胞压积(P<0.05);自拟元胡止痛方各剂量组大鼠血小板黏附率与模型组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);自拟元胡止痛方各剂量组均能显著降低血小板最大聚集率(P<0.05)。结论:自拟元胡止痛方可降低大鼠剪切率下的血液黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积及血小板最大聚集率,具有一定的活血化瘀作用。
Objective: To observe the influence of Yuanhu Zhitong Recipe on hemorrheology in rats to explore the effect of Huoxu Zhitong Recipe on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and to provide experimental basis for its clinical application. Methods: Animal models of blood stasis were established with adrenaline. The effects of Yuhuo Zhitong Recipe on blood viscosity, erythrocyte rheology, platelet adhesion and platelet aggregation were observed. Results: Each dose group of Yuhu Hu Zhitong could reduce the blood viscosity (P <0.05) at the shear rate of 10 s-1, 60 s-1, 120 s-1 to varying degrees; Rat erythrocyte aggregation index and rat hematocrit (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the rate of platelet adhesion between each dose group and the model group (P> 0.05) Analgesic prescription dose group can significantly reduce the maximum platelet aggregation rate (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The self-made Yuanhu Zhitong can reduce the blood viscosity, the erythrocyte aggregation index, the hematocrit and the maximum aggregation rate of platelets under the shear rate of rats, and has the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
