目的了解 HCV 感染后细胞免疫在其中所起作用.方法对27例慢性丙肝患者及15例正常献血员,以 MTT 法检测慢性丙肝患者外周血单核细胞(PBMC)对 HCV 不同区抗原的增殖反应。结果与正常人相比,慢性丙肝患者PBMC 对 HCV 抗原 C22、C33有明显增殖反应,(P值<0.01)而对 NS5却无明显增值。C22抗原性最强。结论在慢性 HCV感染时可同时存在针对 HCV 相关抗原的细胞免疫和体液免疫,这种细胞免疫不能消除 HCV 感染,并且疾病的状态与这种细胞免疫无关。
Objective To investigate the role of cellular immunity in HCV infection.Methods Twenty-seven patients with chronic hepatitis C and 15 normal blood donors were enrolled in this study. The proliferative responses of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from patients with chronic hepatitis C to different antigenic regions of HCV were detected by MTT assay . Results Compared with normal controls, PBMC from patients with chronic hepatitis C showed significant proliferative responses to HCV antigens C22 and C33 (P <0.01), but not to NS5. C22 antigenic strongest. Conclusions Both cellular and humoral immunity to HCV-associated antigens can be present at the same time in chronic HCV infection. Such cellular immunity does not eliminate HCV infection and the status of the disease is not related to this cellular immunity.
