站在本世纪第二个10年的起点上,2011年是PC诞生30周年,PC的概念正从“个人电脑”(Personal Computer)扩展到“个性化计算”(Personalized Computing),计算已经成为人们工作和生活中不可或缺的一部分。纵观全球,当前的IT产业呈现出融合、调整、变革的趋势,技术创新步伐加快,产业生态系统正在重构。而在我国,2011年是“十二五”规划的开局之年,中国加快经济发展方式转变,培育和发展战略性新兴产业,推动信息化和工业化深度融合,加强和创新社会管理,从多个角度吹响了“创新驱动、转型升级”的号角。这一切都给IT产业提出了全新的需求,也带来了富有想象力的创新和成长空间。
Standing at the beginning of the second decade of this century, 2011 marks the 30th anniversary of the birth of the PC, the concept of PC is being extended from “Personal Computer” to “Personalized Computing” Computation has become an indispensable part of people’s work and life. Throughout the world, the current IT industry shows the trend of integration, adjustment and change, the pace of technological innovation is accelerating, and the industrial ecosystem is being rebuilt. In our country, 2011 marks the first year of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”. China has accelerated the transformation of economic development mode, fostered and developed strategic emerging industries, promoted the integration of informatization and industrialization, and strengthened and innovated social management. From Many angles sounded the “innovation-driven, transformation and upgrading” horn. All this put forward new demands for the IT industry, but also brought imaginative innovation and growth.
