我院自1992年10月至1994年3月使用武汉海力技术开发公司研制的HL1000型水囊式碎石机,利用该机移动式水囊可全方位碎石的特点,用低能量冲击波多方位治疗输尿管下段结石69例,疗效满意,报告如下。1 资料和方法1.1 一般资料 本组69例,男46例,女23例;年龄17～70岁。结石均位于输尿管下段（盆腔内段）,大小0.6cm ×0.8cm～1.0cm ×1.5cm。病程1年以内40例,1～2年25例,2年以上4例。1.2 治疗方法
