十一届三中全会以后,改革开放的春风吹拂着乍暖还寒的中华大地,新的历史时期,面对机遇和挑战,井冈山要考虑的是,如何在新的形势下解决经济发展和生态恶化的矛盾,找到一条适合井冈山区长远发展的道路。显然,是坚持“人定胜天”思维模式的传统山区开发之路,还是转变经济增长模式,走资源保护与开发利用兼顾的和谐发展之路,成为井冈山市必须直面抉择的关键问题。
