新式剖宫产腹壁横切口以其出血少、步骤简单、外形美观等优点被广泛应用于临床,我院自1999年开展新式剖宫产以来,在临床上深受广大妇女患者的认可,因为切口的美观与否常常是孕妇及家属关注的问题之一,腹壁切口的愈合情况是产妇手术后能看得见、摸得着的唯一地方,并且常是孕妇及家属衡量医生手术水平高低的一个标准,腹壁横切口愈合后外形美观,符合现代女性的审美观[1]。但在经过许多例二次剖宫产手术后,新式剖宫产横切口的某些局限性逐渐显露出来,本文选择我院2008年1月至2012年5月68例二次剖宫产
