从1980年秋季开始,我们在所内设置麦棉两熟定位试验,并在东台、大丰两县建立试验基点,研究有机无机氮肥不同配比对沿海棉区土壤肥力和粮棉产量的影响,现将三年试验结果整理如下.经过及方法试验在本所脱盐的黄泥土上进行.供试品种大麦盐辐矮早三,棉花651.年施肥量每亩60斤纯氮,麦棉各半.设五个处理:(1)对照,无氮肥;(2)全部施用化肥氮(0:100),尿素65.6斤/亩;(3)有机氮70%无机氮30%(70:30),猪厩肥60担/亩,尿素19.6斤/亩;(4)有机氮50%无机氮50%(50:50),猪厩肥43担/亩,尿素32.2斤/亩;(5)有机氮30%无机氮70%(30:70),猪厩肥26担/亩,尿素45.6/亩.随机排列,重复三次.小区面积0.05亩.
