范畴化是个命名的过程。科技词语涉及面广、数量大、增长速度快。语言工作者曾提出过许多假设来解释这个特点。本研究从认知心理和范畴化的角度出发,通过分析科技词语的语言形式,试图找到科技词语在其范畴化过程中的认知规律。研究表明:客观事物的不连贯性、人类与外在世界的互动方式以及交际的经济性是科技词语范畴化的主要特性,对原型的概念隐喻或概念转喻认知是范畴化科技词语的主要认知机制。
Categorization is a process of naming. Scientific and technical terms involving a wide range of large, fast growth. Language workers have made many assumptions to explain this feature. From the perspective of cognitive psychology and categorization, this study tries to find out the cognitive rules of scientific and technological terms in the process of their categorization by analyzing the linguistic forms of scientific and technological terms. The research shows that the inconsistency of objective things, the interaction between human beings and the outside world, and the economy of communication are the main characteristics of the categorization of scientific and technological terms. The cognition of conceptual metaphors or conceptual metonyms of prototypes is the main category of scientific and technological terms Cognitive mechanism.
