According to statistics of Fortune magazine, 116 companies in Asia entered the Fortune 500 in 2002, including 86 in Japan, 13 in South Korea, and 11 in China. World economic trends experts predict that in 2015, China will have 1OO companies to enter the world’s top 500. World-class companies need to have world-class managers and world-class employees, and it is the management quality of the companies and the professional qualities of employees that Chinese companies need to improve.
