目的 :研究糖尿病大鼠肾脏中MMP 9及IV C的表达 ,探讨MMP 9及IV C和糖尿病肾脏病变的关系。方法 :将Wistar大鼠随机分成正常对照组 (NC组 )和糖尿病模型组 (DM组 ) ,用链脲佐菌素 (STZ)诱导糖尿病大鼠模型 ,于第 4周、第 8周分批处死大鼠 ,用免疫组织化学的方法分别检测肾组织中MMP 9及IV C的表达 ,同时检测蛋白尿及肾功能等。结果 :DM组与NC组比较 ,MMP 9的表达显著减少 (第 4周P <0 0 5 ,第 8周P <0 0 1 ) ,IV C的表达显著增加 (P <0 0 1 ) ,同时MMP 9及IV C表达的改变分别与尿微白蛋白排泄率 (UAER)的升高有显著相关性 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :肾组织中MMP 9及IV C的表达改变与糖尿病肾脏病变有关
Objective: To investigate the expression of MMP 9 and IV C in the kidney of diabetic rats and the relationship between MMP 9, IV C and diabetic nephropathy. Methods: Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group (NC group) and diabetic model group (DM group). Diabetic rats were induced by streptozotocin (STZ), and were killed in the fourth week and the eighth week Rats were used to detect the expression of MMP 9 and IV C in renal tissue by immunohistochemical method and to detect proteinuria and renal function. Results: Compared with NC group, the expression of MMP 9 was significantly decreased in DM group (P <0 05 in the 4th week and P 0 01 in the 8th week), while the expression of IV C was significantly increased (P 0 01) The changes of MMP 9 and IV C expression were significantly correlated with the increase of urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) (P <0.01). Conclusion: The changes of MMP 9 and IV C in renal tissue are related to diabetic nephropathy
