一、前言钢锭模是炼钢厂耗量极大的工艺易耗品,其使用寿命直接影响着钢锭成本。因此,国内外冶金工作者对钢锭模的材质、结构形式、工作条件和工艺制度等,进行了一系列的研究,并取得可喜的成果。特别是等热应力钢锭模的究研,使钢锭模的设计理论有了新的发展。本文在对小型钢锭模使用情况调查的基础上,介绍小型水冷钢锭模在结构设计中,采用等热应力理论的实践和分析。
I. INTRODUCTION The ingot mold is a consumable of consumables which is consumed by steelworks. Its service life directly affects the cost of steel ingot. Therefore, domestic and foreign metallurgical workers carried out a series of researches on the material, structure, working conditions and technological system of ingot molds, and achieved gratifying results. In particular, thermal stress ingot mold research, so that the design theory of ingot mold has been a new development. Based on the investigation of the use of small steel ingot mold, this paper introduces the practice and analysis of the theory of isothermal thermal stress in the structural design of small water-cooled ingot mold.
