上海交大振动冲击噪声研究所与中国民航103厂合作完成的“AN-24发动机振动故障研究”项目获国家科技进步一等奖。航空维修是技术密集的科学,对保证飞行安全意义重大,航空产品价格昂贵,维修费用更高。发动机是飞机的心脏,飞行事故1/3起因于发动机故障,而振动是飞机发动机的第一故障,其表现形式多样,变化无常,影响因素错综复杂,研究难度极高。课题组应用数字谱分析、时序建模、模态分析、参数辨识及非线性检测等当代最新技术进行发动机振动故障诊断。先后对170台次发动
Shanghai Jiao Tong University Institute of Vibration Impact Noise and Civil Aviation 103 Factory completed “AN-24 engine vibration fault research” project won the first prize of national scientific and technological progress. Aviation maintenance is a technology-intensive science that is of great importance to ensuring flight safety, expensive aviation products and higher maintenance costs. The engine is the heart of the aircraft. One-third of the flight accidents are caused by the engine failure. Vibration is the first failure of the engine of the aircraft. The performance of the engine is varied and volatile. The factors are complex and the research is extremely difficult. The research group applied the latest technologies such as digital spectrum analysis, timing modeling, modal analysis, parameter identification and nonlinear detection to diagnose engine vibration.
