本文叙述了分组交换公用数据网(PSPDN)的建设、网路结构、用户进网和网间互连等问题。关于网路结构,提出近期用无级网结构而远期采用分两级的隐分级网结构。最后建议全国只建一个分组交换公用数据网。 This article describes the packet switched public data network (PSPDN) construction, network structure, user access and inter-network interconnection and other issues. With regard to the network structure, it is proposed that the hierarchical structure of the hidden network be adopted in the near future by using the stepless network structure and the long-term adoption. Finally, it is suggested that only one packet exchange public data network should be built across the country.
