1990年以前,吉林省浑江市糖酒站是浑江市商业系统有名的老大难单位,遗留挂帐796.3万元。1991年初,市商业局结合二轮承包,对站领导班子进行了调整。新班子上任后,认真分析竞争激烈的市场形势和企业面临的重重困难,提出了“解放思想、深化改革、加强管理、面向市场、扩大销售、提高效益”的经营战略。在市委、市政府的正确领导下,在市商业局及有关部门的大力支持下,经过努力,取得了良好的经济效益。与上年相比,1991年销售额增长3.38倍;利税增加282.3万元;费用水平由26.59%下降
Before 1990, Jiujiang City, Jilin Province, sugar and wine station is the famous Longnan commercial system unit, leaving behind 7.963 million yuan. In early 1991, the Municipal Bureau of Commerce combined the second round of contracting and made adjustments to the leadership team at the station. Compared with the previous year, sales increased by 3.38 times in 1991; profits and taxes increased by 2.823 million yuan; cost levels decreased by 26.59%
