在片面追求升学率的影响下,学校的德育工作往往摆不到应有的位置,总以为德育工作比较软、比较虚,抓不住重点,因而工作的实效性比较差。1991年3月至6月,我参加了国家教委中学校长培训中心第三期研修班的学习,大大开阔了视野,提高了政治理论水平和业务水平。回校后,我和学校领导班子成员一起学习有关文件,联系学生思想实际,讨论进一步加强学校德育工作的问题。从对学生思想调查中了解到,相当一部分学生存在不愿意学习政治理论,盲目追求西方生活方式,向“钱”看思想严重,缺乏责任感,只关心自己,法制观
Under the influence of the one-sided pursuit of the entrance rate, the moral education in schools is often out of its proper place. It is always considered that the moral education work is relatively soft and relatively vain and can not grasp the key points. Therefore, the effectiveness of the work is relatively poor. From March to June 1991, I attended the third phase of the seminar of the Central Education Headmaster Training Center of the State Education Commission, which greatly broadened my horizons and raised the level of political theory and business. Back to school, I and the members of the school leadership team to learn the relevant documents, contact the student’s thinking reality, to discuss the issue of further strengthening the moral education in schools. According to the survey of students’ thinking, a considerable number of students are unwilling to study political theories, blindly pursue western lifestyles, look at “money” with serious thoughts, lack of responsibility, only concern themselves with the view of the legal system
