用解析法设计机械式起重幅度限制器的基本原理是利用一套凸轮连杆机构,将检测出的主臂仰角θ和主臂长度L与反映凸轮表面曲线安全作业区域的[θ]和[L]作比较。本文介绍了多节伸缩臂长度检测方法以及凸轮表面曲线的设计方法。不同参数的连接板,将产生不同的凸轮轮廓曲线,凸轮轮廓曲线将直接影响到整套系统作业的可靠性。
The basic principle of using analytical method to design mechanical lifting amplitude limiter is to use a set of cam linkage mechanism to detect the main boom elevation angle θ and the main boom length L and the cam surface curve reflects the safe working area [θ] and [ L] for comparison. This article describes the multi-section telescopic boom length detection method and the cam surface curve design. Different parameters of the connecting plate, will produce different cam profile curve, the cam profile curve will directly affect the reliability of the entire system operation.
