中国西南地区是少数民族集聚的天堂,错综复杂的文化形态极为丰富,多样的文化和原始古朴的风情是它们的代名词。制陶形式和方法,在中国制陶人类史上涵盖了不同阶段的表现流程、形式,和比较全面的工艺特征,称的上是原始陶瓷技术历代演变和发展的活化石,现代的制陶传承了它们古朴美,有着不同诠释美的方法,本文剖析了具有代表性少数民族:藏族、苗族、傣族、白族的制陶文化形态和表现形式,发掘从“传统”与“现代”演变中隔阂,提出自己的建设性发展思路。
