应用三维粒子动态分析仪(PDA)对某六角切向燃烧锅炉的 冷态模型进行试验研究,通过对燃烧器出口区域气固两相速度场的测量和分析,发现六角切 圆燃烧锅炉炉内主旋转气流旋转较弱,在燃烧器上部区域衰减很快,各角射流刚性差异较大 ,并从流场结构上分析了高温受热面结渣的原因。“,”With the help of a three-dimensional particle dynamic analyzer (PDA) an experim e ntal study was conducted of a cold model for a hexagonal-tangentially fired boi l er. Through the measurement and analysis of the gas-solid dual-phase velocity fi eld at the burner outlet zone it has been found that the hexagonal-tangentially fired boiler features a relatively weak main rotational gas flow within the furn ace and a drastic attenuation of the flow at the upper zone of the burner. There exists a relatively great variation of jet flow rigidity at various angles. An analysis of the cause of slag formation in high-temperature heating surfaces ha s also been performed from the perspective of the flow field configuration.
