目的了解新疆师范类高校维吾尔族大学生对自杀态度的取向,为提高师范类维吾尔族大学生的心理健康水平提供依据。方法采用自杀态度问卷、自我接纳问卷、简易应对方式问卷对新疆师范类高校的3 564名维吾尔族大学生进行问卷调查,并对数据进行统计分析。结果新疆师范类高校维吾尔族大学生总自杀态度得分为(2.86±0.54)分。男生在对自杀行为性质的认识因子上得分低于女生,差异有统计学意义(t=-9.54,P<0.01);女生比男生更否定对自杀的行为,男生更认可安乐死。文科学生对自杀态度各因子较理科生持更理解和认可的态度(P<0.01)。逐步回归分析结果显示,自我评价因子、积极应对、消极应对因子是影响大学生自杀态度的因素(β值分别为0.018,-0.118,0.098,P值均<0.05)。结论新疆师范类高校维吾尔族大学生自杀态度为矛盾或中立态度。应采取综合性措施对新疆师范类高校维吾尔族大学生从个人、学校和家庭三方面共同努力,提高心理健康水平。
Objective To understand the orientation of suicide attitude among Uygur students in normal university in Xinjiang and to provide evidence for improving the mental health of Uygur students in normal university. Methods A total of 3 564 Uighur students from normal colleges and universities in Xinjiang were surveyed by means of suicide attitude questionnaire, self-acceptance questionnaire and simple coping style questionnaire, and the data were statistically analyzed. Results The total suicidal attitude of Uygur college students in Xinjiang Normal University was (2.86 ± 0.54) points. The male students scored lower than the female students in the cognition of the nature of suicide behaviors (t = -9.54, P <0.01). The girls denied the suicide behavior more than the male students, and boys accepted the euthanasia more. Liberal arts students had a more understanding and approval attitude toward all factors of suicide attitude than those of science students (P <0.01). The results of stepwise regression analysis showed that the self-assessment factors, positive coping and negative coping factors were the factors influencing college students’ suicide attitude (β = 0.018, -0.118,0.098, P <0.05 respectively). Conclusions The Uyghur college students in Xinjiang normal universities commit suicide attitude as contradictory or neutral. Comprehensive measures should be taken to improve the level of mental health of Uygur undergraduates in Xinjiang Normal University from the aspects of individuals, schools and families.
