天津地铁3号线解放桥站基坑开挖过程中地墙接缝处发生了涌水涌砂事故,导致周边一座居民楼发生开裂,造成严重的财产损失。为确保剩余土方开挖时地墙接缝处的止水效果,采用冻结法对地墙接缝处进行加固。通过对冻结温度的监测及后续的开挖,证实了冻结法对地墙接缝的加固取得了良好成效,确保了基坑开挖的顺利进行。
In the excavation of the foundation pit of the Jiefangqiao Station of Tianjin Metro Line 3, a gushing surge of sand and grit occurred at the seams, resulting in the cracking of a residential building in the surrounding area, resulting in serious property damage. In order to ensure the sealing effect of the ground wall at the time of excavation of the remaining earthwork, the freezing method is adopted to reinforce the joint of the ground wall. Through the monitoring of the freezing temperature and subsequent excavation, it was confirmed that the freezing method has achieved good results in the reinforcement of the ground wall seams and ensured the smooth excavation of the foundation pit.
