目的:探索γ-巯丙基键合硅胶(γ-mercaptopropyl-modified silica gel,MPS)脱除金银花药液中铅离子的吸附规律和最佳工艺。方法:采用静态吸附和动态吸附的方式考察铅的脱除率,并以药液含固量、HPLC指纹图谱和指标成分含量为指标,比较脱铅的过程中,药液化学成分的变化情况。结果:静态吸附表明,MPS吸附药液中铅的速度很快,铅的脱除率达到80%。动态吸附的铅脱除效果优于静态吸附,最佳脱铅的工艺为上样量为6个柱体积药液,柱径高比1∶10,洗脱速度6 BV.h-1,温度25℃。脱铅过程中,药液含固量、HPLC指纹图谱及指标成分的含量无明显变化。结论:γ-巯丙基键合硅胶可以有效地脱除金银花药液中的铅离子。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the adsorption and removal of Pb 2+ in γ-mercaptopropyl-modified silica gel (MPS). Methods: The removal rate of lead was investigated by static adsorption and dynamic adsorption. The changes of chemical composition in the process of lead removal were compared with the solid content, HPLC fingerprints and the content of indicator components. Results: Static adsorption showed that the adsorption rate of lead in MPS was very high and the removal rate of lead reached 80%. Dynamic adsorption of lead removal is better than static adsorption, the best lead removal process for the loading volume of 6 column liquid, column height ratio 1:10, elution speed 6 BV.h-1, temperature 25 ℃. Lead removal process, liquid solids content, HPLC fingerprints and indicators of the content of no significant change. Conclusion: γ-mercaptopropyl-bonded silica gel can effectively remove the lead ion in the solution of honeysuckle.
