目的:从定性定量等各方面研究黄芩与同属滇黄芩的区别,以达到将两者鉴别的目的。方法:分别从性状、TLC、LC-MS成分鉴定、UPLC黄酮类成分含量等五个方面进行研究。结果:性状鉴别点为,滇黄芩断面绿色,黄芩断面黄色;TLC色谱两者斑点有明显差异,可将两者区分;LC-MS推测出粗毛豚草素及粗毛豚草素-7-O-葡萄糖醛酸苷为滇黄芩中特有成分峰;黄酮类成分含量的主要区别在于滇黄芩中汉黄芩苷的含量比黄芩中明显低。结论:通过研究发现两者在化学成分上有明显差别,化学方法可将两者分开。市场上黄芩药材及饮片无滇黄芩混用情况。
OBJECTIVE: To study the difference between Scutellaria baicalensis and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi in qualitative and quantitative aspects in order to achieve the purpose of distinguishing the two. Methods: Five aspects of traits, TLC, LC-MS identification, UPLC flavonoids content were studied. Results: The traits of identification were as follows: green section of Radix Scutellariae and yellow section of Radix Scutellariae; TLC spots were significantly different between the two spots, Glucuronide is a unique peak in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi; flavonoids content of the main difference is that Scutellaria baicalensis Baal Radix in baicalin content was significantly lower than in Scutellaria. Conclusion: Through the study found that there is a clear difference between the chemical composition, chemical methods can separate the two. Scutellaria herbs and Pieces on the market without Scutellaria mix.
