目前,我国还处于社会主义初级阶段,市场经济体制尚未完全建立,我们的法律体系尚不完备,司法不公的现象仍然客观地存在于当今社会中。如何维护司法公正就成了党和国家实现社会主义法治中的一件大事,而完善、有效的监督机制是法治社会的基础与标志,更是司法公正强有力的保障。因此在全社会依法治国的进程当中,监督机制的加强与完善已成为我国司法建设的重要课题。
At present, our country is still in the primary stage of socialism and the market economic system has not yet been fully established. Our legal system is still incomplete and the phenomenon of unfair administration of justice still exists objectively in the present-day society. How to maintain judicial fairness has become a major event for the party and the state to realize the socialist rule of law. A sound and effective supervision mechanism is the foundation and symbol of a society run by the rule of law and a strong guarantee of judicial fairness. Therefore, in the process of ruling the country by law, the strengthening and perfection of the supervisory mechanism has become an important issue for judicial construction in our country.
