本文用二维多普勒超声通过与18例正常人(Ⅰ组)对照,无创评价无心室肥厚的轻、中型高血压病人15例(Ⅱ组)和有心室肥厚的20例(Ⅲ组)。结果表明Ⅲ组病人左室舒张充盈指标普遍受损,而Ⅱ组介于Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组之间,部分指标异常。Ⅲ组病人nPFR与mVCF正相关(γ=0.69、p<0.001),与心肌重量指数(LVMI)负相关(γ=-0.62,p<0.001)。结论:高血压病人左室充盈指标异常,无心室肥厚时
In this study, 15 cases of mild to moderate hypertensive patients with no ventricular hypertrophy (group Ⅱ) and 20 cases of ventricular hypertrophy (group Ⅲ) were noninvasively evaluated by two-dimensional Doppler sonography with 18 normal subjects (group Ⅰ). The results showed that the group of patients with left ventricular diastolic filling indicators generally impaired, while the group Ⅱ was between Ⅰ and Ⅲ group, some of the indicators were abnormal. The nPFR was positively correlated with mVCF in group Ⅲ (γ = 0.69, p <0.001) and negatively correlated with myocardial mass index (LVMI) (γ = -0.62, p <0.001). Conclusion: Hypertensive patients with abnormal left ventricular filling index, no ventricular hypertrophy
