In late January 2008, pear trees in Korla suffered different levels of frost damage, in order to understand the frost-damaged pear branches and flower buds related physiological indexes with different degrees of frost damage. Branches and flower buds with different degree of frost damage were used as materials to determine some physiological And nutrition elements index, and to different degrees of frost damage and the relationship between indicators for research. The results showed that free proline and soluble sugar content of shoots and flower buds decreased with the deepening degree of frost damage, and the difference was significant. The change of POD activity and MDA content was not consistent. Therefore, free proline, soluble sugar Content can be used as Korla fragrant pear main anti-freezing physiological indicators. With the deepening degree of frost damage, the contents of N, K and Mg in shoots and flower buds decreased continuously, and the differences were significant. The changes of Ca content did not coincide with each other, and the content of P was not obvious. Therefore, the content of N, K and Mg could be used as Korla Fragrant pear main antifreeze nutrients index.
