通过自保护药芯焊丝药芯配方中铝粉加入量的变化、以及采用含铝和不含铝两种钢带作为焊丝外皮的变化 ,深入地研究了铝对焊缝气孔敏感性、熔敷金属力学性能、金相组织、夹杂物种类及形态的影响。研究结果表明 ,随焊丝药芯配方中铝粉的增加 ,熔敷金属中铝含量增加、氧含量下降、氮含量明显下降 ,焊缝气孔敏感性大大降低 ,但熔敷金属显微组织恶化 ,夹杂物数量增多 ,熔敷金属的韧性明显下降 ;采用含铝钢带制造自保护药芯焊丝能充分发挥铝的有利作用 ,同时减少熔敷金属中残留铝含量及对性能的不利影响。
