北京市十届人大二次会议期间,人大代表以极大的政治热情,积极反映人民群众的意见和呼声,对改革进入整体推进和重点突破相结合的关键阶段,北京市的各项工作提出了1133件建议。其中经济建设方面的390件,占34.4％;城市建设和城市管理方面的247件,占21.8％;教育科技方面的219件;占19.3％,政法工作方面的277件,占24.5％。代表对经济方面主要的建议是:
During the Second Session of the Tenth National People’s Congress of Beijing Municipality, NPC deputies, with great political enthusiasm, have actively responded to the opinions and voices of the masses of the people and put forward the key tasks of combining the overall reform and breakthrough with breakthroughs in all aspects of Beijing’s work 1133 suggestions. Of these, 390 are economic construction, accounting for 34.4%; 247 are urban construction and urban management, accounting for 21.8%; 219 are education, science and technology; 19.3% are related to political and legal work, accounting for 24.5%.
