随着辽宁省人口增长和经济发展,资源型缺水和水质型缺水问题日益突出,分析水资源承载能力及现状污染物排放负荷对保障水安全有重要意义。在水功能区和排污口监测成果基础上对朝阳市及所辖县区开展了水质要素评价,对超载区域进行了原因分析并提出了调控意见。结果表明:朝阳市整体不超载,6个县域单元中朝阳县、喀左县和北票市不超载;市区(龙城区、双塔区)和建平县为临界状态;凌源市超载。
With population growth and economic development in Liaoning Province, resource-based water shortages and water quality scarcity problems have become increasingly prominent. It is of great significance to analyze water resources carrying capacity and the current state of discharge of pollutants to ensure water security. Based on the monitoring results of water function area and sewage outfall, the water quality factors were evaluated in Chaoyang City and the counties under their jurisdiction. The reasons for the overloading area were analyzed and the opinions on regulation and control were put forward. The results show that: Chaoyang City, the overall does not overload, six county units in Chaoyang County, Kaizu County and Beipiao City does not overload; downtown (Longcheng District, Twin Towers) and Jianping County as a critical state; Lingyuan overloading.
